The view of the volcano was absolutely breathtaking, definitely a highlight of our trip. the hosts were also very friendly and provided excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay.

The accommodations were disappointing. the decor was outdated and the rooms felt cramped and uncomfortable.

We got incredible value for our money at Residencias Arenal Villa - our own private villa and swimming pool made for an amazing stay. The location was great, with a friendly staff who made us feel welcome and provided helpful tips for our time in town.

The villa we stayed in was excellent for a family of four. We loved the quiet location, just a short walk from the restaurants and supermarket. The highlight was definitely the pool, which was a great addition to our stay. We also enjoyed the abundance of wildlife around the property, it was a pleasant surprise. the hosts were fantastic and we had a superb experience.

There were a few disappointments. There was a lack of storage facilities for our clothes and other belongings, and we had to live out of our suitcase for the weekend.

The facilities were beautiful, spacious, and clean. The AC worked very well, and the bathroom was beautiful. , the property had a remote-controlled gate which made us feel safe. Plus, the property was located in a cool town with wonderful people.

The pool was a bit dirty at times, and there were a couple of things that needed updating in the suite, like trouble opening some drawers/cabinets in the kitchen and a loose toilet seat. there was no Netflix/streaming available on the TV.

Value for money was amazing - we had our own villa and swimming pool at a great price. The location was convenient, close to La Fortuna falls and the town. The staff were extremely helpful and always available when needed.

New property, 2 villas almost finished with pool and hot tub, potential for more villas. Pond and water feature, river sounds nearby. Kids enjoyed naming Koi fish and seeing toucans. Comfortable villa with cooking supplies. Husband and son loved ATV tour, enjoyed Chocolate Tour. Great weekend getaway, beautiful grounds, close to attractions.

The property is in a fantastic location, with a fabulous view of the Arenal volcano and beautiful grounds. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are plenty of towels and change of sheets if necessary. The swimming pool area is small but very clean and relaxing. The owners are very friendly and helpful, as well as the nearby hotel which handles check-in. We ate and drank at the nearby hotel most evenings, which was convenient.
